Bruce Frame is TERRADON’S Manager of Construction Inspection and Materials Testing. He has 35 years of experience in materials testing in the Materials Section of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways. Since joining TERRADON in 2000, he has been responsible for material testing and inspection on a wide variety of construction projects.
