Since 1989, TERRADON has provided planning, design, and construction administration for millions of dollars worth of environmental projects including wastewater, water, and storm water improvement projects. The company has designed more than one million feet of water main – enough pipe to stretch from Charleston, WV to Charlotte, NC.

Jim Downey
Department Head
Jim Downey manages TERRADON’s Civil Engineering service. With nearly 35 years of experience, Downey brings a wealth of knowledge to TERRADON projects. Downey is responsible for providing daily management to the Civil Engineering department as well as performing general civil and wastewater engineering services. Downey’s role also includes Project Management, in which he has extensive experience and training. During his career, Downey has led numerous complex projects to successful completion; on time and within budget.
