Review and planning for blasting requirements and instrumentation for nearby highway project. Monitored the dam to control blasting vibrations for any detrimental effects of the blasting. Established blasting criteria to protect concrete dam. Performed biannual inspection presently underway. Updated an Emergency Action Plan including dam break analysis.
